Devara:Part 1 Storyline
A policeman arrives at a village in an attempt to track down a gangster where samudra is called Red Samudra and is asked to meet Behera. However, Bhaira assaults him, and the locals don’t cooperate until an elderly man named Singappa steps in to save him. There are so many bodies that startle him. Singappa tells him that the sea was ruled by Deora who, together with Behera and other neighbouring villagers, gave containers in the eyes of the custom for Murugan and Tulsi without knowing what was in it as it was the livelihood of their villagers.
But Deora finds that the looted containers contained weapons and ammunition used to wreak havoc and was also responsible for attacks in his village. Deora decided that he would stop further looting and would not allow anyone to do so but Behera and others went against him. Deora lives as a guard on the beach and does not allow anyone inside. But one day Behera and others planned to eliminate Deora and rob a ship but Deora defeated everyone. But one of them has been missing since then.

Plot
In 1996, a high-level meeting on security threats was held by arms dealers Dia and his brother Yathi for the 1996 Cricket World Cup in India.
The police are interrogating Yathi’s chicken. They came to know that Yathi was going to meet Muruga, a politician and smuggler. Secretly as smugglers, the police officer led by Shivam headed to Ratnagiri to find Yathi. They contact DSP Tulsi, who tells them Muruga is dead, and to visit the Red Sea village in the Ratnagiri hills on the Andhra Pradesh-Tamil Nadu border. He visits Bhaira, the chief of one of the villages, and threatens to smuggle goods into her, only to vehemently reject it.
They find Singappa, who takes them to the seashore in a boat. Shivam tries to offer it by showing him a diamond ring that Singappa has suddenly thrown into the sea. As Shivam dives to get the ring, he sees human skeletons on the sea floor, frightening him. Singappa begins to tell a story that begins 12 years ago.
Deora’s heart changes and he decides to stop his smuggling operations, which other chieftains, including Bhaira, do not like. They plan to kill him but fail. Deora prevents villagers from entering the sea for smuggling. He disappears after trying his life and writes a message on a rock near the coast that he will continue to stop those going to sea for smuggling. Years pass, and everyone takes up fishing to earn their livelihood because Deora stops these trafficking, while remaining hidden from the villagers. His son, Wara, becomes timid and soft-spoken, unlike his father, and believes Deora has left his family.
Wara’s childhood friend, Thangam, loves him, but wishes he was like Devara. Bhaira, on the other hand, trains a private army to kill Deora. Tulsi and Muruga then give Bhaira a chance to smuggle for them as well as kill Deora, the biggest thorn in their operations. When Bhaira’s men harass Wara’s sister, he beats them up in the drunkard’s anger. The next morning, he is accused of killing one of the men, but Vara pleads with Bhera that he is not responsible. Bhaira requests that he join the smuggling operation with his crew in order to demonstrate this. He later reveals that he killed his own injured man to reunite Wara with them so that he could take Deora out to sea.
Meanwhile, Deora’s wife came to know about the smuggling operation and reached out to Singpa to stop Wara. However, Singappa has revealed that Deora has been dead for a long time, and the person who is attacking the smugglers is actually Wara. He wrote a note on the rock twelve years ago and pretended to be timid so that everyone would think that Deora was still alive. Meanwhile, Wara attacks Bhaira’s men at sea and brings their bodies back to the shore. To instill more fear among the villagers, Vara injures himself too, in front of Sangappa and Deora’s loyal colleagues when he “went against his father”.
